He said that Jurong TCC has a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 5250 tons and a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 6000 tons, with an annual clinker production capacity of 3.6 million tons and an annual cement production capacity of 4 million tons. In January 2020, Jurong Taini Silicon Pot Top Mine was officially announced to be included in the National Green Mine List.
Liu Wei introduced the relevant contents of Jurong Taini Intelligent Mine in detail. He pointed out that after the launching ceremony of the intelligent mine project, from November 8 to March 20, 2022, the cumulative running time of the electric mine car driverless was 1380 hours. The application of driverless technology of new energy pure electric mine car has reduced the number of mining workers and increased the production efficiency by 4%, which is better than driverless production efficiency in the same period. At the same time, compared with fuel vehicles, electric mine vehicles have obvious advantages in power cost and maintenance cost, and the transportation cost of limestone in mines is significantly reduced.
Liu Wei emphasized that the successful application of driverless technology in mines is of great significance to enhance the level of mine technology and drive the growth of mining technology. It can greatly enhance the level of mine production and management, and liberate the labor force of some mine production and construction operations to a large extent, thus creating a better guarantee for the safety of personnel operations.
