The purpose is to thoroughly implement the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Work of Mine Safety Production, further promote the construction of mine intellectualization and promote the development of mine safety. notice that by 2026, a complete standard system of mine intelligence will be established, mine data fusion and interoperability will be promoted, environmental intelligent perception, system intelligent linkage and intelligent early warning of major disaster risks will be realized, and the proportion of intelligent production capacity in coal mines in China will not be less than 60%, and the proportion of intelligent working faces will not be less than 30%. The normal operation rate of intelligent working face is not less than 80%. The replacement rate of intelligent equipment or robots for dangerous and heavy jobs in coal mines and non-coal mines should not be less than 30% and 20% respectively, and the number of underground personnel in mines nationwide should be reduced by more than 10%, so as to build a batch of intelligent mines with no more than 50 workers in a single shift. By 2030, a complete mine intelligent technology, equipment and management system will be established to realize the deep integration and sharing of mine data, promote fewer and unmanned mining operations, effectively prevent and control major safety risks, and greatly improve the intrinsic safety level of mines. According to the
circular, the revision of relevant standards and norms for intellectualization will be carried out, the popularization, application and dynamic improvement of the Intelligent Mine Data Fusion and Sharing Standards will be accelerated, and the standards for geological exploration, design and construction, mining technology, technical equipment, production and operation, safety management, labor organization, testing and evaluation of intelligent mining will be improved. Publishing catalogues of typical application scenarios of new technologies such as mining robots, artificial intelligence and 5G.
Under the tide of the new era, the cement industry is moving towards a new journey of intellectualization and greening. The construction of intelligent mines is an important measure to promote the safe development of mines and ensure the production safety of the cement industry. On April 28, Anhui Haibo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Wuhu Conch Cement Co., Ltd; Two cement industry cases of non-coal mine intelligent blasting manufactured and applied by Hongda Blasting Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and Zhaoqing Runxin New Materials Co., Ltd. were selected into the list of typical application scenarios of robots in the mining field published by the State Administration of Mine Safety. 2020, Chuzhou Zhonglian Cement Company and Anhui Green Mine Engineering Research Center jointly built 5G intelligent digital mine. Through 5G communication technology, the mine production process is monitored dynamically in real time, which realizes the overall improvement of equipment management, personnel management, production supply chain and other links, and further optimizes management, saves costs, ensures safety, saves energy and reduces consumption.
Henan Jiaozuo Qianye Cement Mine aims to build a safe, green and intelligent benchmark mine, and continues to promote the construction of intelligent digital transformation projects. First, remote control through 5G technology is more efficient. The project realizes 5G remote control of excavators and transport vehicles, reduces the transmission delay to 30 milliseconds through 5G technology, and achieves a positioning accuracy of 20 centimeters.
Jurong Taini Digital Intelligent Mine Project has realized the coordination of mine production chain, realized the whole process of "loading, transporting, unloading, parking and charging" driverless transportation, improved production efficiency, reduced production costs and carbon emissions, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. However, at present, the construction of intelligent mine in cement industry is still in the primary stage of development, and the degree of intelligence is not high. The proportion of intelligent mines that have been implemented in the cement industry is no more than 5%, which is far behind the metallurgical and coal industries.
To this end, China Cement Network will hold the 11th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference-Equipment Renewal Forum in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province on June 13-14.
