On May 8, Lei Zhenbin, Party Secretary and Chairman of Yufeng Group, went to SDIC Yufeng for investigation and guidance, accompanied by Tang Xiaochun, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of Yufeng Group.
Lei Zhenbin went deep into the production line to understand in detail the source of production materials, storage and limited space operation management, and the implementation of flood control measures. He stressed that we should draw lessons from recent accidents both inside and outside the region, firmly grasp the management and control of high-risk operations and the investigation and management of hidden dangers with a sense of responsibility of "always at ease", and resolutely prevent all kinds of accidents. At the
symposium, CITIC Yufeng reported on its operation, key work and existing difficulties and problems in recent years and 2024. Lei Zhenbin analyzed and guided the difficulties faced by Guotou Yufeng, and put forward the work requirements of "three transformations":
First, change thinking. We should set up a new business thinking, change the previous thinking inertia, calculate the economic accounts, change from cost center to profit center, and on the basis of obeying the development strategy of the group, do a good job in all aspects of production and operation independently, and shape a new situation of Yufeng's reform and development.
Second, change the style of work. Leading cadres should take the lead in lean management, technological innovation, marketing innovation, transformation and upgrading and other key work, take "fast" as the first step to implement the work, and focus on solving the current pain points.
Third, transfer business. We should focus on long-term development, fully tap the advantages of surrounding resources, seek new breakthroughs in the utilization of municipal solid waste, smelting waste residue and industrial hazardous solid waste disposal, open up new ways to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of Yufeng, and create a "second growth curve". Relevant persons in charge
of Yufeng Group Office, Enterprise Management Department and Production and Operation Department accompanied the investigation. At a time when the
industry is facing severe challenges, it is of immeasurable strategic significance and practical effectiveness to actively promote the upgrading of production equipment, promote energy-saving technological innovation and environmental protection upgrading and transformation of the cement industry, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of cement enterprises and achieve sustainable development of the industry.
To this end, China Cement Network will hold the 11th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference-Equipment Renewal Forum in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province on June 13-14 . This forum will gather government leaders, industry technical specialist, scientific research institutions, universities, cement enterprises and equipment suppliers to discuss and analyze the practical path of equipment renewal and green upgrading in the cement industry, so as to promote the industry to move towards a more energy-efficient, greener and environmentally friendly future. After the meeting, we will also organize a visit to Jurong Taini Cement Co., Ltd., a national green factory and a national green mine.
