16, the 3GW high-efficiency photovoltaic module manufacturing project of Jingyou Photovoltaic and County Base was officially started, which is the fifth green intelligent manufacturing base of Jingyou Photovoltaic and the second base started this year.
This important milestone marks that Jingyou Photovoltaic will take a more solid step to contribute to the cause of green energy. The 3GW project
of Hexian Base produces N-type and P-type large-size high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, with a total investment of about 1.2 billion yuan and an area of about 150 mu. Including production workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, office building, complex building and corresponding supporting facilities. The production line will be equipped with advanced equipment for automation and artificial intelligence application, and realize digital and intelligent operation through MES, ERP, WMS and other system applications, which will play an important role in accelerating the optimization of industrial structure and improving the development of energy industry in Hexian County.
Since its establishment in 2020, Jingyou Photovoltaic has been committed to building "Foxconn" in the photovoltaic industry .
At present, the company has put into full production of components with a capacity of 10GW , located in three green intelligent manufacturing bases in Zibo, Shandong, Taizhou, Jiangsu and Tai'an, Shandong. By the end of this year, the production capacity will reach 20GW , and in the first half of 2024, all nine bases will be put into operation, with the production capacity reaching 30GW, which demonstrates the confidence and determination of Jingyou Photovoltaic to focus on customized production, and will continue to contribute to the goal of double carbon.
