of December 28, the first off-line ceremony of Hongjun Heterojunction High-efficiency Photovoltaic Module and Battery Production Base (hereinafter referred to as "Hongjun Heterojunction Project") was held in the module production workshop of Hongjun Heterojunction Project. It marks that Hongjun Heterojunction Project has formally entered the stage of full mass production.
It is reported that the module is about 2.4 meters high and 1.3 meters wide, consisting of 132 0.1 mm thick heterojunction cells, with ultraviolet resistance, salt spray resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties.
It is understood that Hongjun Heterojunction Project is jointly invested by Zhuhai Fuhong Juneng, Chunhua Capital , Gree Group and Doumen District State-owned Assets.
The project is planned to be constructed in three phases, with an annual production capacity of 7.2G W cells and 5G W modules. "From the foundation laying on April 13 this year to the first high-efficiency heterojunction solar module offline on December 28, Hongjun Heterojunction Project has achieved the goal of signing contracts, putting into operation and realizing revenue in the same year.". It is estimated that the annual output value will exceed 10 billion yuan after full production. Li Changhong, general manager of
Zhuhai Hongjun New Energy Co., Ltd., said that the module is not only the first heterojunction module produced in Zhuhai, but also will effectively fill the gap in the field of N-type heterojunction photovoltaic modules in Guangdong photovoltaic industry .
"Hongjun has the fastest single-line design rhythm in the field of heterojunction at present, and after optimization, one component can be offline every 16 seconds." Li Changhong said that the research and development of advanced technology will also become a key work. The company will focus on the research and development of heterojunction, back contact (BC) and perovskite stack, and strive to achieve the ultimate technology of photovoltaic cells with silicon-based heterojunction cells superimposed with perovskite within five years.
