On December 10, Hami Qingdian Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. held a joint commissioning and acceptance ceremony for the first phase of 10GW project with an annual output of 60 GW monocrystalline silicon rod drawing and slicing.
Qingdian Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 60 GW monocrystalline silicon rod drawing and slicing, with a total investment of 4 billion yuan. It will start construction in 2022 and be fully completed and put into operation in December 2023. After the completion of the project, it is expected to achieve an average annual sales revenue of 7.6 billion yuan and an average annual profit tax of about 830 million yuan. It took two months for the
project to break through the positive and negative zero to hoist the steel structure, and only three months from the initial prototype of the plant to the formal production. The first phase of the 10GW monocrystalline silicon rod drawing and slicing project won the bid in the same year, started in the same year, completed in the same year, and put into production in the same year. The official launch of the
joint commissioning and acceptance marks the formal commissioning of the project in Hami, and also marks a key step forward in the construction and extension of Hami's silicon-based new material industry.
