中国建材(03323)公布，2018年4月11日，由公司间接持股50%、母公司间接持股50%的浙江三狮南方新材料有限公司(“三狮南方”)订立增资协议，据此，公司附属浙江南方水泥以现金方式向三狮南方增资。其中，新增注册资本人民币6.4亿元，资本公积金出资人民币约2.34亿元。

增资完成后，公司透过浙江南方水泥持有三狮南方90%股权，母公司透过三狮集团持有三狮南方10%股权，且三狮南方成为公司的附属公司。
公告显示，三狮南方主要从事生产及销售商品混凝土业务。截至2016年、2017年12月31日止年度按照中国会计准则编制的经审计账目，其税前净利润分别约人民币6764.9万元及3397.7万元，税后净利润分别约人民币4734.27万元及2206.45万元。
向三狮南方增资，可助力集团优化在浙江省的商品混凝土生产及商品混凝土业务运营;及把握浙江省战略定位的契机。增资完成后，集团可利用三狮南方这一平台，进一步整合集团在浙江省的商品混凝土业务。
