On November 30, the participants of the "Fifth China Cement Intelligent Summit Forum" came to Hangzhou Shanya Southern Cement Co., Ltd., located on the Fuchun River, and jointly appreciated the elegance of this domestic first-class intelligent cement enterprise.
Digitalization and intellectualization are the core factors affecting the long-term development of cement enterprises. In recent years, under the correct leadership of China Building Materials Group, China Building Materials Co., Ltd., New Tianshan Cement and Zhejiang Cement , Shanya South has focused on the establishment of "excellent cost reduction", clean factories and intelligent factories, aiming at the world-class cement enterprises. Effectively carry out the work of "Three Fine Management", adopt the latest equipment and technology in the world, and continuously promote enterprise intelligence through the application of intelligent modules such as industrial Internet management platform, kiln grinding expert system, automatic packag ing system, equipment intelligent monitoring platform, energy management center, logistics management, safety intelligent management, environmental protection monitoring and so on. It has created a first-class intelligent production line in China.

Today, Shanya South has achieved remarkable results in energy efficiency, emissions, productivity, equipment maintenance, safety records, management system and other aspects. In the past three years of safety management, there have been "zero industrial deaths" and "zero medical accidents", "zero waste discharge" of ores, and the emission of pollutants (nitrogen oxides at the kiln tail, sulfur dioxide at the kiln tail and particulate matter in the kiln system) is far below the national standard.
Accelerating the construction of modern industrial system, developing digital economy and upgrading the level of high-end, intelligent and green are the inevitable requirements of high-quality development.
