In late April, China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. held a kick-off meeting for the official operation of the digital management center of the Group (shares) in Beijing, which established an organizational guarantee for the digital transformation. Zhou Yuxian has conducted research on the informatization construction and digitalization status of enterprises within the Group for many times. Aiming at the pain points of digital transformation, combined with Huawei's consulting plan, he organized the Party Committee of the Group to study and determine the blueprint and path of digital transformation.
Zhou Yuxian pointed out that the establishment of digital management center is an important decision made in the first year of digital transformation of China Building Material Group. In combination with the requirements of building a world-class enterprise by the SASAC of the State Council and the requirements of taking planning as the guiding principle and digital value-added as the goal, he put forward six requirements for the next work of the digital management center:
First, the digital center should innovate the organizational mechanism, in the shortest possible time, personnel in place, ideas in place, work in place; & nbsp; & nbsp;
Second, the center team should carefully study the Group's Informatization Construction and Digital Transformation Plan, and promote the unity of thinking, understanding and concept of the implementation of the Plan by enterprises at all levels; & nbsp; & nbsp;
Third, we should face up to challenges, be brave in change, dare to speak out and be good at speaking out on the road of information construction and digital transformation, stand at the height of top-level design, unify language, standards and data, and provide method guidance and path reference for enterprises in all sectors;
Fourth, we should innovate our thinking, identify breakthroughs, speed up communication and coordination with enterprises in various sectors, integrate resources from all sides, and rapidly promote quick-win projects such as the construction of the Group's treasury, the digital transformation of the New Tianshan Mountains, and the construction of the centralized procurement bidding platform;
Fifth, with the momentum of "sticking to the green hills and not relaxing", we should dig deeply into the digital value, promote efficiency improvement, quality improvement and cost reduction;
Sixth, it is necessary to implement the responsibility of strictly administering the Party in an all-round way, strengthen the construction of its own team, build a digital team with excellent technology, ideology and style, keep the bottom line of honesty and self-discipline, build a strong line of defense against corruption and change, and contribute to the construction of "Digital China Building Materials" and the promotion of high-quality development of the Group.
In order to orderly promote the Group's digital strategy to undertake the landing of New Tianshan Cement , on May 6, China Building Materials Group held a symposium on the docking of the Group's information digital platform and the New Tianshan No.1 Project, and arranged for the deployment of the digital integration of the Group's headquarters and the New Tianshan Cement Plate. Zhou Yuxian pointed out that the consultation and planning of New Tianshan No.1 Project is an important part of the Group's digital transformation planning and an important measure to accelerate the promotion of core competitiveness of the basic building materials sector. The Group's digital management center and New Tianshan Cement should actively dock and cooperate with each other to jointly link up the Group's digital planning and New Tianshan No.1 Project. Implement it well.
In view of the next step of the integration of the group platform and the New Tianshan No.1 Project and the digital management planning, process combing progress, data system construction, IT basic resources and other work of the New Tianshan Cement, Zhou Yuxian stressed that we should consistently adhere to the value doctrine and long-term doctrine, and closely focus on the digital value orientation. Focus on three aspects of work:
First, we should further unify our thinking, build consensus, and take the implementation of the second phase of the New Tianshan No.1 Project as the starting point to promote the overall progress of the Group's digital transformation plan;
