The repurchase of H Shares by CNBM in connection with the Offer, and Morgan Stanley Asia Limited on behalf of it per H Share 4. In respect of the Conditions Precedent, the registration with the State Administration of Foreign Exchange has been completed and is valid, and no other government authorizations have been found to be required. The despatch of the Offer Document is expected to take place on or about 27 January 2025.
