The aggregate business of Chinese building materials can be traced back to 2012, when the company began to explore the "cement plus" business model. As an important extension of the cement industry chain, aggregate has huge market potential and profit space. With deep technical accumulation and strong background strength, China Building Materials has actively laid out its aggregate business. After more than ten years, the aggregate business of China Building Materials has risen rapidly. Up to now, China Building Materials has about 250 million tons of aggregate production scale, which is one of the largest aggregate production enterprises in China. The author believes that the development of aggregate in China's building materials is of great significance for reference. This paper will deeply analyze the development process of aggregate business in China's building materials and explore the way of aggregate development.
