近日，中国水泥网从全国产权行业信息化综合服务平台获悉，浙江南方水泥有限公司拟转让慈溪南方水泥有限公司100%股权及相关债权。
据了解，慈溪南方水泥注册资本500万元人民币，由浙江南方水泥有限公司100%控股。其主要经营范围水泥、水泥预制构件、商品混凝土制造；纸质水泥包装袋加工；普通货运。2022年12月31日财务报表显示，慈溪南方水泥营业收入3783.4万元，净利润-508.97万元，资产总计2463.32万元，负债总计2089.83万元，所有者权益373.49万元。此次产权转让行为已获得中国建材集团有限公司批准，批准日期2023年1月5日。
