On September 18, Jiangsu Nantong Rudong County Data Bureau issued a public announcement on the acceptance of EIA documents for 70 MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project in Yangkou, Nantong, Jiangsu Province.
According to the announcement, the project is newly built by CECEP Solar Energy Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. The construction site is located in Yangkou Town, Rudong County, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of about 1048.4 mu, with a total investment of 245 million yuan .
This project plans to use the existing water surface of pits and ponds, breeding greenhouses, grasslands and other upper space to erect brackets and install photovoltaic modules , while retaining the existing fishery and aquaculture production, using solar energy to generate electricity, according to the land management right re-transfer agreement. The water surface of pits and ponds covers an area of about 843.9 mu, and other grasslands cover an area of about 204.5 mu. The planned capacity of the
project is 69.3MW (AC side), and the scheme of block power generation and centralized grid connection is adopted. The photovoltaic module is a 640Wp monocrystalline silicon cell module, which is fixed on the bracket at an angle of 22 °. The number of PV modules in series is 28 modules in a string. The total construction period of this
project includes preliminary preparation, main project construction, equipment commissioning, acceptance and other work. It is planned to start in January 2027 and complete in December 2027. The total construction period is 12 months .
