On October 9, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Southwest Guizhou accepted the ecological environment impact assessment document of Sanglang Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station (major changes) in Wangmo County.
Documents show that the total investment of the project is 883.1 million yuan , located in Sanglang Town, Daguan Town, Mashan Town and Angwu Town, Wangmo County, Southwest Guizhou Province. It is constructed by Wangmohui New Energy Co., Ltd. , a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Nuclear Huineng, with an installed capacity of 200 MW, which is divided into 54 sub-arrays. Installation of 550 Wp monocrystalline silicon single-sided battery modules with 444388 block peak power and 651 320 kW string inverters .
It is worth noting that the project is a major change re-approval project.
It is understood that the project will start construction in May 2024 after obtaining the EIA approval from the Ecological Environment Bureau of Southwest Guizhou in March 2024. However, in the actual construction of the project, due to factors such as land circulation and terrain constraints, it is necessary to remove and add some new plots on the basis of the original implementation of the plot. After adjustment, the total land area of the designed photovoltaic installation area of the project is changed from 4298.35 mu to 6485.08 mu .
As of September 2026, the original EIA plots 1 , 2 , 3 # and 4 # of the project have not been changed, and the installation of photovoltaic panels is under way. After the change, the construction of the red line area of the new land has not started, and the preparatory work is being carried out. The details are shown in the following table:
