On September 3, the tender announcement for the 550,000 kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project (EPC) in Xinjiang Xinrun Tianhe Kuqi Automobile Market was issued.
According to the announcement, the tenderer of the project is Xinjiang Xinrun Tianhe New Energy Co., Ltd., with an investment amount of about 1343.1 million yuan , and plans to build a new photovoltaic installation scale of 550000 kilowatts in Erbatai Town, Kuche City, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang. A new 55,000 kilowatt/110,000 kilowatt-hour energy storage system will be built, and the photovoltaic sand control lock boundary plot is No.14, with a sand control area of 16,000 mu (excluding 220 kilovolt booster stations and outgoing lines). The designed installed capacity of this
project is 550MW, including the installed capacity of PV modules of 626.48MW and the installed capacity of supporting inverters of 550MVA. The design uses 635Wp double-sided monocrystalline silicon N-type high-efficiency photovoltaic modules with 3125 KW centralized inverters . In terms of
performance, this tender requires the bidder to have at least one photovoltaic project construction/design/general contracting performance with an installed capacity of not less than 200 MW in the past five years (calculated five years before the deadline for bidding, subject to the time of contract signing). The planned duration of the
project is 540 calendar days . Consortium bidding is allowed for
this project , but the number of members of the consortium shall not exceed two (inclusive). The
bidding documents will be obtained from 8:30 on September 4 , 2026 to 16:30 on September 8, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 14:00 p.m. to 16: 30 p.m. every day. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 on September 24, 2026.
