On August 17, the EPC general contracting project of 400000 kilowatt photovoltaic project in Hutubi, Changji, Xinjiang was tendered publicly.
According to the announcement, the project is located in Hutubi County, Changji Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, and plans to build 400000 kilowatts of photovoltaic power . Supporting construction of 50MW/100M Wh energy storage , ancillary facilities, roads, fences, equipment transportation, equipment loading and unloading, equipment transfer, etc.
This project is a turnkey project of EPC general contracting construction, including the whole process management and control of project (including transmission line project and opposite interval transformation) design, equipment procurement, construction, grid connection and various coordination, acceptance (including project completion acceptance), project land requisition, etc. The standard for the delivery of the project is that the project meets the requirements of the contract, laws and regulations, normative documents and industry norms. The planned construction period of the
project is within 16 months from the date of signing the contract (including the winter break, which is tentatively scheduled from November 15 of the current year to March 15 of the next year). In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one similar general contracting performance or one similar design performance and one similar construction performance from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is accepted
for this project . The leader of the consortium is required to be the construction unit. The consortium is allowed to be composed of up to four units. The members undertaking (construction) tasks must be the leader of the consortium. The leader is responsible for participating in the bidding on behalf of the consortium and providing the consortium agreement. It also clarifies the division of labor and joint and several liabilities of all parties in the consortium. The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 10:00 on August 18 , 2026 to 19:00 on August 23, 2026. The deadline for
submission of bidding documents/bid opening time is 10:30 on September 7, 2026.
