On July 23, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of the environmental impact report form of Wujiazhai Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Phase II).
According to the announcement, the project is a new project, located in Weimo Township, Yanshan County, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and is constructed by Yaochuang Yanshan New Energy Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 270 million yuan . The AC side of
the project is planned to have an installed capacity of 70 MW , and it is planned to install 710 Wp monocrystalline silicon N-type photovoltaic modules with 123256 blocks.
The whole power station is planned to adopt the scheme of block power generation and centralized grid connection , with a total of 33 arrays. 1 set of 3900 kV A box transformer, 3 sets of 3600 kV A box transformer, 6 sets of 3300 kV A box transformer, 1 set of 3000 kV A box transformer, 3 sets of 2400 kVA box transformer, 3 sets of 2100 kV A box transformer, 1 set of 1800 kV A box transformer, 4 sets of 1500 kV A box transformer, 6 sets of 1200kVA box transformers, 3 sets of 900kVA box transformers and 2 sets of 600kVA box transformers. A total of 3858 2 × 14 and 1088 2 × 7 PV modules are used in
the whole power station. A total of 233 300 kW string inverters are required. This project does not build a new booster station, and shares a 110kV booster station with Wujiazhai Photovoltaic Power Generation Project.
The project is scheduled to start construction in August 2026 and complete construction in August 2027, with a total construction period of 12 months .
