In recent years, the state has gradually tightened its policies on resources and environmental protection. In order to meet the development requirements of the "double carbon" era, digitalization, intellectualization and environmental protection have become the inevitable development direction of major cement enterprises, and cement mines urgently need to transform and upgrade to smart green mines. In September

this year, the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Further Strengthening Mine Safety Production were issued. The Opinion calls for speeding up the upgrading and transformation of mines. We will promote the mechanized upgrading of small and medium-sized mines and the automated and intelligent upgrading of large mines, accelerate the intelligent construction of mines with serious disasters and high altitudes, and build a number of automated and intelligent benchmarking mines.

In order to earnestly implement the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Work of Mine Safety Production and promote the high-quality development of mining enterprises, the Hunan Bureau of the State Administration of Mine Safety and the Emergency Management Department of Hunan Province recently issued a circular on accelerating the construction of mine informatization and intellectualization in the whole province. It is mentioned in the

requirements that non-coal mines should comprehensively promote the intelligent construction of mines. Non-coal mines in the province should gradually realize the visualization of working scenarios, the transparency of geological conditions, the intellectualization of equipment operation control, and the normalization of risk monitoring and early warning. By the end of 2025, we will comprehensively promote the construction of intelligent mining, intelligent transportation and intelligent management and control platforms; establish an intelligent monitoring platform for the whole life cycle of mining safety equipment, and realize online monitoring and control of the operation status of key safety facilities and equipment.

In particular, Shuangfeng Conch Cement Co., Ltd., Shimen Conch Cement Co., Ltd., Hunan Linli Southern New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Zhangjiajie Luojiayu, Huaxin Cement (Zhuzhou) Co., Ltd. and other large open-pit mines should take the lead in building intelligent mining, intelligent transportation and intelligent management and control platforms. By the end of December 2030, non-coal mines with basic conditions will be basically intellectualized. The requirements of the

above policy documents have once again pushed the construction of cement smart mines to the "cusp of the storm".

With the rapid development of information technology, theoretical methods and advanced technologies in the fields of cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, virtual reality, three-dimensional visualization and intelligent mining have been gradually applied to cement mines, providing theoretical and technical support for the construction of digital and intelligent mines. The combination of intelligent theory and related technologies with traditional technical equipment, management methods and network construction of cement mines has become an increasingly important development trend and research focus in the cement industry.

At present, the overall level of intelligent construction of cement mines in China is still low, there is still a certain distance from the goal of intelligent mines, and there is a broad space for future development. With the development trend of mine intellectualization, there will be more innovative technologies and market opportunities, and enterprises need to constantly improve their technological capabilities and market acumen in order to achieve better development.
