2023, the civil construction of Zhoudun Mixing Yard Project of Jiangsu Gaoqiang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was officially started. According to the requirements of the municipal government,
the asphalt mixing station originally located under the Canal Bridge is relocated to the west side of Nanwei Bridge in Zhoudun Village, Xiejia Town, Gaoyou City, covering an area of 43.8 mu, with a total investment of 150 million yuan. The project plans to build a new production workshop with a total area of 20000 square meters in the north of the plot, and two testing workshops will be built in the southwest corner of the plot, covering an area of 5000 square meters.
In addition, large-scale asphalt concrete mixing equipment with a total value of up to 50 million yuan will be purchased . This initiative aims to meet the market demand for high-quality asphalt concrete, while providing more sustainable support for urban construction.
In order to ensure the efficient progress of the project, the layout of entrances and exits is also considered in the planning. The entrances and exits will be set up on the three branch canals on the west side, and a circular passage will be set up inside to ensure the smooth flow of logistics and transportation. At the same time, the project also makes full use of the corner area and carries out greening layout, which not only helps to improve the internal environment of the factory area, but also enhances the company's corporate image.
The project is expected to be put into operation in early 2024. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual output of mixed asphalt concrete will reach 200000 tons, with an annual output value of about 100 million yuan , which will inject strong impetus into the sustainable development of the company.
