The environmental impact assessment of an asphalt mixing station project in Fujian is to be approved!

On September 24, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, issued a public announcement on the decision to approve the EIA of Hongqing Asphalt Mixing Station Project. The publicity period is from September 24, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (5 working days).

The EIA shows that the project is located in Houyu Village, Jingxi Town, Minhou County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and leases part of the factory buildings of Fujian Xinhongjian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. with a total lease area of 4200 square meters. The construction unit is Fuzhou Hongqing Asphalt Concrete Engineering Co., Ltd . The construction content and scale of the project is to build a new asphalt concrete production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons of asphalt concrete .
