On October 2, the first offshore mixing station of Q3 main pier of Qinglongmen Bridge, the world's largest span three-tower steel box girder cable-stayed bridge constructed by China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau, was completed, and is expected to be accepted and put into operation in mid-late October. After the mixing station is put into operation, the problem of insufficient concrete supply for the construction of the main tower of Qinglongmen Bridge will be thoroughly solved, laying a foundation for the subsequent construction of bored piles, pile caps and tower bodies. At the same time, the mixing station is also the first offshore mixing station of China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau, which realizes the beginning of the transformation from onshore station management to offshore management, and fills the gap in the field of large-scale marine supply facilities.
Ningbo Zhoushan Port Liuheng Highway Bridge Phase II Project starts at Zhoushan Liuheng Island and ends at Chaiqiao Junction. It is constructed according to the standard of expressway, with a design speed of 100 km/H and a total length of about 29.59 km. The Q3 offshore mixing station of Qinglongmen Bridge constructed by China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau covers an area of about 2160 square meters, equipped with double 180 automatic intelligent mixing units, with a theoretical capacity of 180 cubic meters per hour. The Q3 side tower
of Qinglongmen Main Bridge is located within the current navigable channel. The water depth at the bridge site is up to 21 meters, and the geological conditions are complex. Therefore, an independent steel platform is used for construction. The daily maximum wind speed is above 10.8 meters per second (wind force > 6) in about half of the days of the year within the bridge site, and the area is greatly affected by sea fog. Compared with the mixing ship, the offshore mixing station is less affected by the monsoon, which is more conducive to ensuring the working performance of the concrete supplied by the sea, and the tower column pouring can be completed twice without secondary feeding. In addition, the mixing ship is usually a non-powered ship, which needs to weigh anchor to adjust its position, and then move to the designated position with a tugboat to drop anchor, which takes a long time to operate; while the offshore mixing platform avoids this problem well, which greatly reduces the time and cost spent on ship displacement.
In view of the complex meteorological, hydrological and navigation conditions in the construction sea area, the difficult organization of marine material preparation for the mixing station, the short effective operation time of marine hoisting and the high safety risk, the project department has meticulously prepared and deployed, and reasonably organized the transport ships. The construction platforms of Q3 side tower and middle tower are respectively provided with offshore mixing platforms, which are closely connected with the construction platform of the main tower, so as to realize the efficient supply of concrete in bad weather. In addition, automatic management measures are adopted, technologies such as unattended operation, automatic operation, active dust suppression and active alarm are added, and precise safety assurance measures are formulated for the manufacturing, transportation and installation stages of the mixing station equipment, so as to ensure that the offshore mixing station can be safely and efficiently completed and put into use, thus providing a guarantee for the subsequent construction. In addition to the Qinglongmen Bridge
