Forced banning of an illegal mixing station in Linshan Town, Yuyao, Zhejiang

Recently, the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team of Linshan Town, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, jointly organized more than 40 people to forcibly ban illegal mixing station covering an area of about 3000 square meters in Tangtoushan, Linnan Village. Two cement tanks and one large mixer were sealed up, and about 300 square meters of illegal buildings were demolished.

It is reported that the illegal

mixing station is useless to examine and approve and has no procedures for project establishment, planning and environmental assessment, and there are serious environmental pollution and potential safety hazards. In order to deter illegal construction and illegal production and operation, protect the ecological environment and prevent potential safety hazards, Linshan Town took immediate action and launched a strong attack, formulated a rigorous and meticulous disposal plan and carried out enforcement work in accordance with the law and regulations. Since the beginning of the special action of "four noes" to tackle the key problems of illegal buildings, Linshan Town has actively implemented and taken the initiative to take the lead in dealing with environmental protection issues and seriously affecting the urban and rural landscape and environment in the light of the city's special action of "dismantling violations and controlling disorders" and the special action of large-scale investigation and renovation of the ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Zone. Thirty problems have been investigated and rectified, with a disposal area of more than 10000 square meters.
