On June 7, the 3 # mixing station of Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line Bid 3 Project was successfully accepted by the owner and put into production, which is also the last mixing station of the project, laying a foundation for the next step to fully open up the construction situation. The 3 # mixing station of
the project is located in Xuetang Courtyard, Baoding Town, Dazu District, Chongqing, covering an area of about 17 mu, including 15 mu for the production area and 2 mu for the living area. The mixing station is located in a place with convenient traffic, flat terrain, good geological conditions and no risk of geological disasters. There are 8 sand and gravel storage silos in total, which can prepare 4800 and 4800 materials, and 16 storage tanks (150 tons each).
The station mainly supplies concrete for DK71 + 336 ~ DK81 + 540 mileage section of the project. The main works include: Huanglianbao Double-track Bridge, Yan'e Village Double-track Super Major Bridge, Duibianfang Double-track Medium Bridge, Xiajiaao Double-track Super Major Bridge, Nongyuan Village Double-track Super Major Bridge, Dengjiazui Double-track Bridge, Liusanzhai Tunnel, Liusanzhai Double-track Super Major Bridge, Mopanshan Tunnel and the auxiliary subgrade in the section.
The inspection and acceptance team has carried out detailed inspection on the overall layout, operation area, material storage area, laboratory, information platform, office data and staffing of the station, and then unanimously confirmed that the 3 # mixing station meets the requirements of the specified standards in terms of safety, quality, capacity and environmental protection, and declared that the mixing station has passed the acceptance.
Since the construction of 3 # mixing station started, the project department has adhered to the concept of "comprehensive planning and orderly promotion", established the concept of full staff requisition and demolition, formulated a detailed and thorough construction plan, and refined the task objectives, in the face of the complex coordination of requisition and demolition, the difficulty of work promotion, and the impact of the "2.23" accident on the whole line shutdown. The mobilization of materials and equipment is planned in advance, the working conditions of tooling and the risks of high-altitude hoisting are strictly controlled, the adverse factors such as tight time, heavy tasks, strict environmental protection requirements, difficult coordination of land requisition and the distribution of high-voltage lines over the site are overcome, the resources of elements are allocated scientifically, the responsibilities and tasks are clarified, the responsibilities of work are compacted, and the construction of mixing stations is fully promoted to ensure the timely realization of the task objectives.
