With a total investment of 53.6763 million yuan, Jinyu Intelligent Concrete Mixing Station Project was put into operation.

Recently, the project of machine-made sand system and intelligent concrete mixing station of Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. has been successfully completed and put into operation.

It is understood that the total investment of the project is 53.6763 million yuan. It is equipped with two 240m ³/H intelligent mixing production lines, with an hourly capacity of 480 cubic meters and an annual design capacity of about 4 million cubic meters, which can absorb industrial and urban solid waste. The synchronously constructed machine-made sand system is equipped with a complete set of production and central control equipment, which can produce high-quality machine-made sand for the mixing station, realize self-sufficiency of aggregate and greatly reduce the cost of external procurement.

It is reported that the machine-made sand system in the project adopts advanced technology, covering the whole process of raw material crushing, screening, shaping and dust removal, and operates efficiently and stably. The system can make full use of tailings resources, produce machine-made sand with reasonable gradation and excellent particle shape, effectively alleviate the shortage of natural sand resources, and has both environmental and economic benefits.

Intelligent concrete mixing station integrates Internet of Things, big data and automatic control technology to realize the whole process of intelligent management and control from aggregate batching, mixing production to finished products leaving the station. The system has the functions of remote monitoring, fault warning, accurate measurement and data traceability, which significantly improves the production efficiency and concrete quality stability, while reducing energy consumption and labor costs.

The two systems operate independently and cooperate with each other, opening up the key links from machine-made sand production to high-quality concrete preparation, and building a closed-loop system of cascade utilization of resources and intelligent management and control of production. In the design process of the project, the requirements of economy, reliability and green environmental protection are fully taken into account, and all indicators meet the industry standards.
