2. Main problems
(1) Laboratory management
First, environmental temperature and humidity monitoring measures are not in place, and some enterprises have the actual effect of indoor temperature and humidity meters in standard maintenance rooms. Secondly, the management of test samples is not standardized, some enterprises have the situation that the identification of concrete samples is not unique, and the category of cement and powder retention identification is not distinguished. Thirdly, the management of test data is not standardized. Some enterprises lack the test data on the cement concrete pressure testing machine, and the data information on the concrete cube compressive strength test report is inconsistent with the data information stored on the testing machine.
(2) In the aspect
of quality control, first, the management of concrete mix proportion lacks systematicness. Some enterprises have some problems, such as the design number of mix proportion is not unique, the mix proportion on the process control sheet does not correspond to the information of the design mix proportion, and the mix proportion is not updated synchronously after the change of the source of raw materials. Second, the feeding measurement error exceeds the standard limit, for example, some enterprises have the situation that the feeding measurement error of coarse aggregate and admixture exceeds the standard limit. Thirdly, some of the cited standards have expired, and some enterprises have the situation that the version of the Standard for Test Methods of Physical and Mechanical Properties of Concrete cited in the test report of concrete compressive strength is not the current version.
(III) Safety production and environmental control
First, the dust pollution control is not in place, the sand and gravel raw material storage yard and material conveyor belt of some enterprises are not completely closed, and the dust suppression device is missing; the roads in the factory area of some enterprises are seriously damaged, the implementation of clean vehicles is not in place, and the roads in the field are not cleaned or sprinkled in time; In some enterprises, the anti-drip device of concrete mixer truck is missing or damaged, which can not effectively control the environmental pollution during transportation. Secondly, the safety warning signs in the factory area are insufficient, and some enterprises lack edge protection and warning signs at the edge of the sedimentation tank, so there are hidden dangers of falling. Thirdly, the safety awareness of limited space operation is insufficient, the lighting device in the standard maintenance room in the basement of individual enterprises is invalid, and the necessary ventilation facilities are lacking.
(4) In terms
of enterprise qualification, contract management and after-sales service, first, the frequency of after-sales return visits is insufficient. Some enterprises have incomplete technical disclosure accounts, non-standard signings of all parties involved in the disclosure, and insufficient frequency of after-sales return visits. Second, personnel management is not in place, and some enterprises have the situation that the social security of technical personnel within the qualification requirements has not been changed to the enterprise in time.
3. Praise and criticism
