March 14, after 15 days of intensive construction, the last arch rib of Zhenglong Hongshui River Bridge, which was invested and constructed by Guangxi New Development Transportation Group Co., Ltd., a directly affiliated enterprise of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group Co., Ltd., and constructed by Guangxi Road Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Guangxi Road Construction Group"), was completed. So far, the main chord pipe of the arch rib of the whole bridge has completed the pouring construction, and will soon enter the stage of lattice beam hoisting construction.

Zhenglong Hongshui River Bridge is a key control project of Wuxuan-Laibin-Heshan-Xincheng Highway. The total length of the bridge is 1404 meters, the main bridge span is 316 meters, and there are 8 main chord pipes of the arch rib of the whole bridge, which are divided into four times of pumping. A total of 2454 cubic meters of C60 self-compacting concrete need to be poured. The two-stage relay pumping process is adopted, following the principle of first inner side, then outer side, first lower chord and then upper chord. In-

The whole process of concrete pumping construction can be monitored in real time, traced in the later period, prevented before blocking and traced after blocking. This is the first comprehensive application of this technology in concrete pouring construction in the same industry, and also a major breakthrough in the intelligent informatization of steel tube concrete pouring construction process. In the process of
pouring, Wuxin 2-1 division closely links up the construction process, and the construction process of discharging, testing, discharging and pumping is completed at one go, which avoids the impact of objective conditions on concrete performance to the greatest extent and effectively guarantees the progress and quality of concrete pouring. After professional testing, the average wave velocity of concrete density in the main chord pipe of the arch rib of the bridge is more than 4500m/s, which meets the design requirements, achieves high standard and high quality pouring, and achieves phased results in the construction of the bridge.
