Shenyang Henglong Plaza is located at No.1 Qingnian Street, Shenhe District, Shenyang City. It is a complex integrating high-end shopping mall, the highest Grade A office building and hotel in the city. Phase 3 was changed from two shopping malls and four apartments to one shopping mall, four apartments and one office building.
