The West Chongqing high-speed rail is an important part of the Baotou (Yinhai) and Beijing-Kunming high-speed railway corridors of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway corridors in China, and is the highest standard high-speed railway in the north-south direction of the western mountainous areas of China. Lot 11 of the pre-station project undertaken by China Railway No.10 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is located in Huaying City, Guang'an, Sichuan Province, with a total length of 28.095 km, a project cost of 3.541 billion yuan and a design period of 72 months. The line crosses valleys, rivers, graded highways and existing railways in many places, and has the characteristics of high proportion of bridges and tunnels, poor geological development, many bridges with special spans, scattered subgrade construction sites and many environmentally sensitive points.

of No.1 mixing station of the project on November 30, 2022, the project department has adhered to the overall idea of high starting point planning, high standard opening and high quality construction, and has rapidly entered, planned and advanced. It has achieved the construction achievements of completing the acceptance of the central laboratory 9 days ahead of schedule and the construction and acceptance of the first concrete mixing station 32 days ahead of schedule, and has become the second unit to complete the acceptance of two concrete mixing stations in 15 sections of the whole line, laying a solid foundation for the commencement of the main project.

In order to ensure the smooth drilling of the first pile, the project department has trained the managers and operators from the management system, technical scheme, process flow, safety management and other aspects, and has made solid preparations according to the process one by one.
