Lunan Zhonglian Holds a Special Meeting on the Operation of Commercial Mixed Enterprises and the Collection of "630" Accounts Receivable

On the afternoon of May 29, Lunan Zhonglian held a special meeting on the operation of economic mixed enterprises and the collection of "630" accounts receivable in the form of "on-site + video" in

order to firmly promote the work of commercial mixed expansion and the collection of accounts receivable and ensure the smooth completion of various tasks and objectives.

At the meeting, enterprises in the economy reported on the recent production and operation situation, accounts receivable situation, the completion of 630 reduction progress and the next measures to expand the amount of repayment, and carefully analyzed the current market situation and the problems existing in the collection of accounts receivable. of Lunan Zhonglian, and Chen Wei, chief financial officer, respectively arranged and deployed the production and operation of various enterprises and the collection of accounts receivable.

Finally, Liu Jinzhu, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Lunan Zhonglian, made a concluding speech. He commented on the current business expansion and accounts receivable collection work of various enterprises, and put forward seven requirements:

First, we should clarify the indicators, keep a close eye on the target, compact the responsibility layer by layer, daily dispatch, weekly analysis and monthly summary. Strengthen the collection of accounts receivable to ensure the smooth completion of the overall reduction target task; when the reduction target formulated in the early stage is different from the task target assigned by China United Cement, it shall be implemented according to the high level, and the collection and reduction work shall be done well.

Second, to carefully analyze the reasons for the decline in sales, enterprises should formulate targeted response plans, the task objectives of quantity first remain unchanged, and enterprises should do their best to expand the work.

Third, to pay close attention to internal control work, enterprises should carry out internal control and compliance self-examination, find gaps, make up for shortcomings, strengths and weaknesses, and strive to improve the level of management and control.

Fourth, we should strengthen risk prevention and further strengthen the awareness of quality lifeline; we should pay special attention to quality management, contract management, ERP risk management, etc., and strengthen control and assessment. For the problems found in flight inspection and joint diagnosis, we should draw inferences from each other, carry out reforms, consolidate responsibilities and implement them vigorously.

Fifth, the concept of "giving priority to safety and environmental protection benefits" should be kept in mind. All enterprises should implement the responsibility of safety production to the whole process of production and operation, each link and each post, so as to achieve cooperation, responsibility and joint management. Safety should be intrinsically safe, and environmental protection should be in compliance with the law. All enterprises should do a good job in safety production monthly activities.

Sixth, to continue to do a good job in the "three definite" work, enterprises should strictly follow the "three definite plans", steadily advance, and grasp the timeliness and implementation.

Seventh, we should further study the work report at the 2023 working conference of China United Cement and the spirit of the benchmarking meeting in May, re-study, re-understand and re-implement them, and firmly grasp the construction of the "five major profit sources".
