The reporter learned from the person in charge of the power station that the RCC core sample donated to the National Museum was 26.2 meters long and 20 centimeters in diameter, and was successfully removed from the dam of DG Hydropower Station on March 26, 2021, breaking the world record for the length of similar core samples, with smooth and dense surface and uniform distribution of aggregates. It runs through 87 thermal lift layers, which is equivalent to 87 layers of concrete "crust" with a thickness of 30 cm.
