On January 22, the successful candidate for EPC general contracting project of Aba Rong'an 1150 MW Photovoltaic Project (Phase I) of Dadu River Company was announced.
According to the announcement, there are four enterprises shortlisted, and the bidding unit price is 1.125-1.401 yuan/W based on the DC side capacity. See the following figure for details:
On November 28, 2025, the EPC project issued a tender announcement, and the tenderer was Guoneng Dadu River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd .
It is reported that the Aba Rong'an 1150MW photovoltaic project of Dadu River Company is located in Aba County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with a total AC side capacity of 1150MW . The DC side capacity is about 1357.1458 MW. The AC side capacity of Phase I is about 434.61 MW.
The tender announcement shows that the first phase of the EPC tender project is divided into two tender sections, and the first tender package is located in the 20 # plot . The capacity of AC side is 195.525 MW (the capacity of DC side is 231.17445MWp); the second package is located in the north of 16 # plot, and the total capacity of AC side is about 239.085 MW (the capacity of DC side is 282.35649 MWp).
