Huadian 400MW PV Project EPC and 5-Year Operation and Maintenance General Contracting Bidding!

On September 18, Zhejiang Huadian 400MW household distributed photovoltaic power generation project (the fourth batch) EPC and five-year operation and maintenance general contracting tender announcement was issued.

The announcement shows that the project is located in Zhejiang Province, with a tentative total capacity of 399.95 MW on the DC side and a capacity ratio of 1.0. The bidding project is divided into one bidding section. The bidding scope includes but is not limited to resource development, survey and design, equipment and material procurement, project construction preparation, system engineering construction, supporting projects, etc. Except for the management responsibility of the construction unit and the project supervision responsibility of the Employer. Operation, maintenance and management of all PV power station equipment and facilities of the Project. In terms of

performance period, the EPC project requires the bidder to receive 12 months from the date of the notice of commencement from the tenderee, and the specific date of commencement shall be subject to the notice of the tenderee or the supervisor. The operation and maintenance work starts from the first day of the next month when a single set of photovoltaic power station is connected to the grid and obtains the handover confirmation form, and the operation and maintenance service of a single set of photovoltaic power station is valid for 5 years. In terms of

performance, this tender requires bidders from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. It has a total of not less than 20 MW distributed photovoltaic EPC project general contracting or PC construction general contracting or main project construction contract operation performance. Consortium bidding is accepted for

this project . In case of consortium bidding, there shall be no more than two units in the consortium, one of which is the EPC general contractor and the other is the operation and maintenance service unit. The

bidding documents will be obtained from 8:38 on September 18 , 2026 to 17:00 on September 24, 2026. The bid

closing/opening time is 9:00 on October 13, 2026.
