21 October, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. Zunjie Super Factory Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation and Energy Storage Construction Project Photovoltaic Power Station EPC Project General Contracting (Second) Bid Results Announcement.

According to the announcement, the winning bid of the consortium of China Railway 16th Bureau Group Electrification Engineering Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., the first successful candidate of the project, is invalid. The second successful candidate , Anhui Electric Power Construction No.2 Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Energy Engineering Group, won the bid with 88634425 .

Based on the AC side capacity, the unit price of Anhui Electric Power Construction No.2 Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Energy Engineering Group is about 2.77 yuan/W .

The tender announcement shows that the project is located within the scope of Zunjie Super Factory, No.6 Longmianshan Road, Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, and plans to use the roof of the existing factory building in the park for about 300000 square meters to carry out photovoltaic project work. The total installed capacity of the AC side of the project is about 32 MW , and the estimated contract price is 101.75 million yuan. The planned duration of the

project is 210 calendar days (grid-connected power generation will be completed on January 20, 2027, and defect elimination and acceptance work will be carried out from February to April); 25 calendar days for design, 15 calendar days for drawing review, 110 calendar days for construction and commissioning of grid-connected power generation, and 60 calendar days for defect elimination and acceptance work.

It is noteworthy that this is the second tender for the project .

Prior to this, in April 2026, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. launched the first round of bidding; in June 2026, it was announced that the consortium of Shanghai New Energy Development Co., Ltd. of China Railway 15th Bureau Group and China United Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid, and the bid amount was 92342302 RMB.

However, in July 2026, the Hefei Municipal Public Resources Trading Supervision and Administration announced that it had received a report that the consortium 's bidding performance was suspected of fraud . After the organ investigates and makes a decision according to law, the winning bid of the project is invalid.
