Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on June 2, the successful candidate of the 600000 kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project (EPC) in Xinlong Kaisheng Yecheng County, Xinjiang, was announced.
According to the announcement, there are three successful candidates. Among them , the consortium formed by Southwest Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway 15th Bureau Group and Shandong Environmental Energy Design Institute Co., Ltd. ranked the first candidate with a single price of 2.54 yuan/W .
According to the tender announcement, the project tenderer is Xinjiang Xinlong Kaisheng New Energy Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Kashi Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a rated installed capacity of 600MW , an installed capacity of 720MWp and an energy storage capacity of 60MW/120MWh. The total volume ratio of the project is 1.2.
This tender is the EPC general contracting of the project, including survey, design, coordination of project formalities, geological survey, feasibility study report, construction and installation of 200 kV booster station for photovoltaic power station.
