On October 21, Guoneng Chongqing Wanzhou Longsha (230MW) Photovoltaic Project, a new energy company of Chongqing Company, invited public bidding for EPC general contracting. According to the tender announcement, the tenderer of the project is Guoneng (Chongqing) New Energy Development Co., Ltd .
The project is located in Longsha Town, Wanzhou District, Chongqing, with a DC capacity of about 230.0116 MW and an AC side capacity of 172 MW. A total of 43 arrays are planned. Newly build a 220kV booster station for 650Wp and above N-type double-sided double-glass rectangular photovoltaic modules .
The project has one bid section in total. The bidding scope includes the photovoltaic field area (230MW) and 220kV booster station project of the project. The main work contents include but are not limited to survey and design; Procurement and management of equipment and materials (excluding procurement and supply of equipment supplied by Party A for PV modules , main transformers and inverters ); construction of building installation works; coordination of engineering construction and other services. The total construction period of the
project is 42 months , of which the construction period is 30 months, the project completion period is 3 months, and the completion acceptance is 9 months. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least two contract performances of 100MW and above photovoltaic (including photovoltaic field) EPC from October 2021 to the deadline of bidding (subject to the time of contract signing), and all of them have been completed. The
bidding documents will be obtained from 09:00 on October 22 , 2026 to 09:00 on October 27, 2026. The bid
closing and opening time is 09:00 on November 11, 2026.
