Inner Mongolia 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation EPC General Contracting Project Tender
On June 17, the tender announcement of 100MW Household Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation EPC General Contracting Project in Etuoke Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was issued, and the tenderer was Inner Mongolia Duorui Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Etuoke Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, focusing on the area where residents are concentrated and the courtyard and roof conditions are superior. The installed capacity is 100MW (DC side), all of which are household photovoltaic, with a single household record capacity of 60-80kW. It covers about 1250 households in Etuoke Banner of Ordos City. The total investment of the
project is about 215 million yuan .
The project is planned to be completed and put into production within 365 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Consortium bidding is accepted for

Guodian Power Anhui 100MW Photovoltaic EPC Project General Contracting Bidding
On June 17, Guodian Power Anhui Wind Power Company invited public bidding for the EPC general contracting project of the 100MW Tea-Light Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Xing'an Village, Yangliu Town, Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City.
The project is located in Yangliu Town, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. The photovoltaic field is mainly used for tea gardens. The planned AC side installed capacity is 100MW . The bidding scope includes but is not limited to the handling of supporting documents in the early stage of the project, engineering design, construction engineering, equipment and installation engineering, project grid connection acceptance, etc. The planned duration of the
project is 365 days . In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least two completed EPC general contracting performance of 50 MW and above photovoltaic power plants from January 2021 to the deadline for bidding, and all of them have been completed. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project . The
bidding documents will be obtained from 9:00 on June 18, 2026 to 16: 00 on June 24, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on July 13, 2026.
Huadian Hebei 80 MW Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Tender
On June 17, Huadian Yongqing Dengjia 80 MW Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued.
The project is located in Houyi Town, Shuiqing County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, with an installed capacity of 95. A new 110kV booster station is built in the project, which is connected to the 110kV side standby bay of Zhongting River 220kV station through a 110kV line. The length of the new line is about 22 km.
The project mainly includes photovoltaic field area, 110kV booster station and 110kV transmission project, box transformer, collector line, road, terminal station reconstruction and construction, intelligent management platform access, etc. The
project is scheduled to start on July 10, 2026 and complete on December 31, 2026, with a construction period of 6 months. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . The
bidding documents will be obtained from 09:01 on June 17, 2026 to 17: 00 on June 23, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on July 8, 2026.
Huadian Hebei 100MW Photovoltaic EPC Project General Contracting Tender
On June 17, Hebei Huadian Jinzhou 150MW Centralized Photovoltaic Project (Phase I 100MW) EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued. The tenderer was Huadian Fuxin Shijiazhuang New Energy Development Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Jinzhou City, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, with a planned total installed capacity of 100MW . A new 110kV booster station will be built. In this phase, a 100MVA main transformer will be built in the booster station. The outgoing line is 24 kilometers and connected to Runze 220kV substation. The planned construction period of the
project is 9 months , the planned commencement date is June 30, 2026 (subject to the notice of the Employer or the Supervisor), and the full-capacity grid-connected production time is March 31, 2027.
The project bidding is divided into one bid section, and the bidding scope includes preliminary formalities and compliance handling, equipment and material procurement and logistics management, engineering construction and installation, grid-related and grid-connected work, acceptance and delivery, etc. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . The
bidding documents will be obtained from 08:24 on June 17 to 17: 00 on June 23 , 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on July 8, 2026.
Guoneng Fujian 276MW Photovoltaic EPC Project was tendered
publicly on June 16. Fuqing Baige Mountain 350MW Project" of Fuzhou Power Plant of Fujian Company is located in Baige Mountain Reclamation Area in Shangjing Town and Yuxi Town, Fuqing City, Fujian Province. The land area of the photovoltaic area is about 5,540 mu, and the land type is aquaculture pond water surface. The project plans to build a 350 MW (AC side) photovoltaic power station with a DC side capacity of about 417.
A new 220 kV booster station (supporting 35 MW/70 MWh energy storage system) will be built. A new 220kV outgoing line is connected to the 220kV Shangjing Substation, and the outgoing line project is not within the scope of this project.

This procurement is a bid section A project. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one contract performance of surface photovoltaic EPC general contracting (fishing-photovoltaic complementary or offshore or beach content is deemed to meet the requirements) (flexible support capacity of 100MWp or 100MW or above) from June 2021 to the deadline for bidding, and all of them have been completed. The
bidding documents will be obtained from 09:00 on June 17 to 16: 00 on June 22 , 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on July 7, 2026.
It is noteworthy that on May 12, the project was terminated due to the replanning of the project by the tenderer.
