Xinjiang 250MW Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Bidding!

On October 12, Xinjiang Changji Hutubi 400MW Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Project (Bid Section II: 250MW Photovoltaic) was tendered.

It is understood that the project is located in Hutubi County, Changji Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. This project is a turnkey project of EPC general contracting construction, and the Contractor is responsible for the whole process control of project design, equipment procurement, construction, grid connection and all kinds of coordination and acceptance (including project completion acceptance).

This tender includes the design of 400MW photovoltaic project, that is, the construction drawing design, design disclosure, technical cooperation, design change, as-built drawing preparation and technical services related to the design of the whole project (including this bid section) (except for the outgoing line); This bid section includes the 250,000kW photovoltaic area, including the system commissioning and performance test of the photovoltaic field area in the bid section, the whole system commissioning of the photovoltaic project, the energy storage station (including the test and commissioning work), the supporting temporary construction, the temporary facilities, the equipment transportation, the equipment loading and unloading, the equipment transfer, the grid connection acceptance, etc. The planned construction period of the

project is 480 days (including the winter break, which is tentatively scheduled from November 15 of the current year to March 15 of the next year). In terms of

performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one similar general contracting performance or one similar design performance and one similar construction performance from 2021 (January 1) to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is accepted

for this project, and the leader of the consortium is required to be the construction unit. The consortium is allowed to be composed of two units at most, and the members undertaking (construction) tasks must be the leader of the consortium. The leader is responsible for participating in the bidding on behalf of the consortium, providing the consortium agreement, and clarifying the division of labor and responsibilities of all parties in the consortium. The

bidding documents will be obtained from 10:00 on October 13 , 2026 to 19:00 on October 21, 2026 (Beijing time, closed on holidays). The bid

closing/opening time is 10:30 on November 2, 2026.
