On January 8, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Midong District of Logic Lattice was issued, and the tenderer was Xinjiang Logic Lattice New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Midong District of Logic Lattice is located in Midong District of Urumqi, Xinjiang, with a new ground centralized photovoltaic power plant with a construction scale of 2000 MW (2G W) on the AC side. The capacity ratio is not more than 1.3, and the installed capacity of DC side is 2600MW (2.6G W) .
This tender is the EPC general contracting of the 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Midong District of Logic Lattice. The Contractor is fully responsible for the survey and design, procurement, construction and installation, commissioning, completion test and acceptance of the project, until the project is handed over to production and performance assurance, and the completion of the "turnkey" project, as well as quality assurance and warranty. The Contractor guarantees that the contents and standards of the project construction meet the latest requirements of the local government and the State Grid at the time of acceptance, and that the construction objectives/contract purposes of the contract are achieved.
The project will be constructed by phases, including the construction of 300 MW (AC side) photovoltaic area body, two 220kV booster stations (including phase regulator), single-circuit 220kV outgoing line (80km) and other necessary facilities in the first phase. The preliminary works of Phase
I are planned to be commenced on February 3, 2026; the main works of Phase I are planned to be commenced on March 31, 2026; the first batch of photovoltaic modules of Phase I have the conditions for grid-connected power generation on October 31, 2026; On November 30, 2026, the first phase will all have the conditions for grid-connected power generation.
This tender requires bidders to have good business reputation, financial status and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, in the past five years (from January 1, 2021 to the present), there has been at least one EPC general contracting performance of photovoltaic projects with a scale of 100MW or above (completed ）。
This tender only accepts the qualifications and performance of bidders, and the qualifications and performance of parent and subsidiary companies shall not be borrowed from each other. Consortium bidding is not allowed for
this project .
