It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that the project has been terminated. As early as February 8, the project was terminated due to major changes . On the day of termination (February 8), the tenderer of the project, Tuo Nuclear Energy Technology (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. , immediately re-issued the tender announcement.
The project is divided into one bid section, using crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules , leasing the roof of the park, installing photovoltaic equipment, with a tentative total installed capacity of 50 MW (DC side), using self-generation and self-use, and the surplus electricity is connected to the grid.
Then on March 12, the tenderer of the project issued the announcement of the result of winning the bid. Finally, TBEA Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. won the bid with a total quotation of 10000 yuan 12250 and an average unit price of 2.45 yuan/W. But only one month later, the project failed again.
