On October 16, the 72 MW photovoltaic self-contained power supply project in Laos Vientiane Saiseta Comprehensive Development Zone officially started construction.
Vientiane Saiseta Comprehensive Development Zone is a state-level key cooperation demonstration area between China and Laos. The 72 MW photovoltaic self-contained power supply project is invested, constructed and operated by Saiseta Green Energy Photovoltaic Company , a joint venture between Yunnan Overseas Investment Co., Ltd. and Lao-China United Investment Company. According to
the data, Yunnan Overseas Investment Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Yunnan Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and is indirectly owned by Yunnan SASAC and Yunnan Provincial Finance Department.
On April 2, the tender announcement for the design and construction of the self-contained power supply construction project in Vientiane Saiseta Comprehensive Development Zone was issued. The content shows that the total investment of the project is 32588 8900 yuan .
On August 4, the tender announcement for photovoltaic module procurement project of self-contained power supply construction project in Vientiane Saiseta Comprehensive Development Zone was issued. The content shows that the total area of the project is about 978 mu, and it is planned to build a ground centralized grid-connected photovoltaic power station. The installed capacity of the DC side of the project is about 95.485 MWp, and the AC side is about 72.32 MW. The maximum bidding price of the bidding project is 78.0495 million yuan (including tax) , and the maximum unit price is about 0.817 yuan/W according to the scale of DC side.
On September 23, the announcement of winning the bid for photovoltaic modules of the above-mentioned project was issued. Gaojing Solar Energy Co., Ltd. finally won the bid with 75,447,792 yuan , and the unit price is about 0.790 yuan/W according to the DC side capacity.
