The tender announcement shows that Huineng (Xiangshui) fishing-photovoltaic complementary 200 MW and 300 MW photovoltaic projects are located in Xiangshui County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. The two projects are adjacent and share a booster station. The project does not include energy storage construction.
Among them, the installed capacity of the DC side of the Xiangshui fishing-photovoltaic complementary 200 MW photovoltaic project is 220. 40616 MWp , and the AC side capacity is 200 MW; The installed capacity on the DC side of the Xiangshui Fishery and Photovoltaic Complementary 300 MW Project is 375. 82896 MWp , and the installed capacity on the AC side is 300 MW.
The procurement project is the EPC general contracting of Huineng (Xiangshui) 200MW and 300MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary projects, including but not limited to: survey and design involved in the project; procurement, transportation, acceptance and storage of materials and equipment; construction preparation and construction, equipment installation and commissioning of all works of the project; All inspection, test and acceptance work involved in the project; commissioning work after project acceptance; handover of production, completion acceptance and service work within the warranty period; handling of construction procedures, land use procedures, grid connection procedures, dispatching procedures and power supply procedures, land acquisition coordination, coordination of various relations, etc., and bear all related costs.
The project is scheduled to commence in May 2026 (the specific commencement time is subject to the commencement notice issued by the supervisor), and the construction period is 12 months.
This tender requires bidders to have good financial operation, business reputation and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, the bidder shall have EPC general contracting performance or construction general contracting performance of centralized photovoltaic power generation projects with installed capacity of 100MW or above since January 1, 2022.
It is worth noting that the bidder shall assign construction principals for Huineng (Xiangshui) Fishing-Photovoltaic Complementary 200 MW Photovoltaic Project and Huineng (Xiangshui) Fishing-Photovoltaic Complementary 300 MW Photovoltaic Project respectively. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender , and the number of consortia is not more than 2 (including the leader).
