On January 15, 2026, the public bidding for EPC project of the third bid section of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Midong District of 6806 Energy was conducted, and the tenderer was Jiatai Fumei (Urumqi) Energy Co., Ltd. The bid section invites public bidding for the construction project of 350 MW photovoltaic field.
It is reported that the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project of 6806 Energy Midong District is located in Beishaw o Photovoltaic Base , Midong District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a construction scale of 1000 MW and a total installed capacity of 1000 MW. The bidding for the first and second bid sections of the
project has been launched on December 30, 2025, of which the bidding scale for the EPC project of the first bid section is 350 MW . The bidding capacity of EPC project in the second bid section is 300MW . On January 22

Finally, the Second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau won the EPC project of the first bid section of the project with a quotation of 602 million yuan ; China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. finally won the bid of EPC project in the second bid section with a quotation of about 517 million yuan .
