The announcement shows that the State Power Investment Jiangyin Huangtuli Port Fishing-Light Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Jiangyin Lingang Economic Development Zone, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, and is invested, developed and constructed by the State Power Investment Group Co., Ltd.
