On June 5, China Energy Construction Group issued a tender announcement for the procurement of 650 MW photovoltaic EPC general contracting project in Zhengdou, Ganzi Township, Sichuan Province. The tenderer is China Energy Investment (Xiangcheng) New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the planned capacity of the tender project is 650MW , and the current period is the first period. The sum of nominal power (DC side capacity) of PV modules in this phase is 751.515 MWp ; 1,209,780 620Wp modules (N-type monocrystalline single side, size: 2382 × 1134 × 30) will be installed , and the concentrating photovoltaic area will be equipped with GaAs concentrating photovoltaic tube 3800 modules, with the annual equivalent full load hours of 1635.86 hours. The total construction period of the
project is 18 months, the planned commencement time is June 30, the full capacity grid connection time is December 30, 2026, and the completion time is March 30, 2027.
The project is contracted in the form of EPC general contracting, and the contracting scope includes project construction and grid connection formalities, project survey, design, procurement, construction general contracting, etc. The specific bidding scope is as follows:
They must also have the corresponding qualifications such as Grade a or above qualification for engineering design in the power industry and Grade a or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . However, the consortium must be composed of the design unit and the construction unit. The design unit must have the comprehensive Class A qualification for engineering design or the Class A qualification for engineering design in the power industry, and the construction unit must have the qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction at or above the first level. At the same time, the leader of the consortium should be identified. In terms of
performance, the bidder must have the contract performance of undertaking two EPC general contracting of 100MWp and above photovoltaic power generation projects in the past three years (2022-2024) (obtaining the completion acceptance report or operation certificate). If the bidder is a consortium, any member of the consortium meets the above performance requirements or all members of the consortium have the corresponding design, construction or general contracting performance of the same scale as the project in the past three years.
