Guangdong Yunfu Yunan Runhe 300 MW Composite Photovoltaic Project (Zone III) Photovoltaic Field Area I Bid Section PC General Contracting Project Tender Announcement
On June 3, China Resources Group issued a tender announcement for Guangdong Yunfu Yunan Runhe 300 MW Composite Photovoltaic Project (Zone III) Photovoltaic Field Area I Bid Section PC General Contracting Project. The tenderer is China Resources New Energy (Yunfu Yunan) Co., Ltd., the project site is Yunan County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, and the project scale is 300 MW.
The announcement shows that the project is contracted by PC general contracting mode, the installed capacity of DC side is 94. 12592 MWp, and the total installed capacity of AC side inverter is 76 MW. The content of this
tender is mainly divided into equipment procurement and construction work related to the construction and installation of the photovoltaic field area, as shown in the following figure:
The project will start on July 1 this year, and the foundation of the photovoltaic field will start on July 20. The installation of PV modules will be started on August 10 , and the time for full capacity grid-connected power generation will be December 10, 2025; the completion acceptance will be conducted on March 10, 2026.
It should be noted that the above time nodes are tentative, subject to the written notice of the tenderee. The relative construction period and the total construction period remain unchanged during the contract performance period, and the total construction period from commencement to completion acceptance is 253 calendar days. Due to natural disasters and force majeure, the construction period shall be postponed accordingly.
The project requires the tenderer to have three or more qualifications for general contracting of power engineering construction, and to have two or more new photovoltaic projects (single project capacity not less than 50 MWp) from January 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding. However, the EPC general contracting of the new project in the photovoltaic field area is undertaken by the design unit alone, except that the PC part is subcontracted to the construction general contractor. On June 4, China Resources Group issued a tender announcement for EPC general contracting project of photovoltaic field area of Peixian Intelligent Energy 500MW Photovoltaic Base Phase II (the first batch) 40MW project of China Resources Power Peixian Rundian New Energy Co., Ltd. The tenderer is Peixian Rundian New Energy Co., Ltd. The
contents of the tender are the survey and design of the project's photovoltaic field (including collector lines), the procurement of equipment and materials (except photovoltaic modules), transportation and storage, supervision, installation (including the installation of photovoltaic modules and brackets supplied by Party A), and construction. Relevant civil coordination, test and inspection test, system commissioning, trial operation, defect elimination, training, acceptance, final delivery and production, quality assurance, etc. during the project process, including all materials, spare parts, special tools, consumables and relevant technical data, etc.; project insurance during the construction period; Project acceptance (including quality supervision, grid connection and other special acceptance and completion acceptance), handover and services within the warranty period.
The announcement shows that the tender delivery period/construction period is July 21, the construction time of photovoltaic field foundation is August 15, the installation time of photovoltaic modules is October 25, the full capacity grid-connected time is December 20, and the completion acceptance is March 20, 2026. The bidding for the
project requires the bidder to have at least one main engineering design performance of the photovoltaic field of the fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project of 40 MW or more from January 1, 2021 (inclusive) to the deadline for bidding. It has the performance of the completed EPC or PC general contracting project of the main project of the photovoltaic field of a 40 MW and above fishing-photovoltaic complementary power generation project.
The project allows consortium bidding, but the number of members does not exceed 2. Bid
