The announcement shows that the bidders of the above two EPC bidding projects are Huadian (Jinan) New Energy Co., Ltd. The bidding scale is 200MW ( 240MWp at DC side ).

The two bidding projects require the EPC project to complete 100% of the total capacity (AC side) grid connection by December 31, 2025. At the same time, the operation and maintenance service of each set of photovoltaic power station is valid for 5 years from the first day of the next month when each set of photovoltaic power station is connected to the grid and the handover confirmation form is obtained. The specific bidding scope of the

two bidding projects is shown in the figure below:

It is worth noting that if the whole village confluence mode is adopted, the costs related to the purchase of high-voltage equipment such as switches and transformers, cables, coordination and land use will be borne by the bidder without additional price verification and settlement. The comprehensive unit price of the reported scenario shall not be adjusted due to the above reasons; the low-voltage household grid-connected capacity shall not be less than 50% of the total grid-connected capacity.

If all the grid-connected capacity cannot be completed before December 31, 2025 as agreed, the project tenderee shall reduce the settlement capacity according to the actual situation; If all grid-connected capacity is completed in advance before December 31, 2025, the project tenderee will increase the settlement capacity according to the contract unit price and the actual situation.

This tender requires bidders not only to have good business conditions and business reputation, but also to have corresponding qualifications-the second-level or above qualification of general contracting for power engineering construction issued by the construction administrative department; The license for installation (repair and test) of electric power facilities issued by the competent department of energy shall be Grade 5 or above . In terms of

performance, independent bidders or units undertaking EPC general contracting tasks in the consortium shall have a cumulative performance of 15 MW or more distributed photovoltaic EPC general contracting projects from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding; From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2024, the cumulative operation and maintenance performance of distributed photovoltaic power plants of not less than 10 MW and above in the independent bidders or consortium undertaking operation and maintenance services.

The tenderee will not accept bidders with losses for three consecutive years from 2021 to 2023; if the bidder has been registered for less than three years, the tenderee will not accept bidders with losses since its establishment. Consortium bidding is accepted
