On September 23, Datang yuanmou County Menglinggou 60 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Datang Guanyinyan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the project is located in yuanmou County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, with a construction scale of 60 MW and a planned construction period of 213 calendar days from November 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. The EPC Project
of Menglinggou Photovoltaic Power Generation Project includes photovoltaic power plant, 35kv collector line, 220kV booster station (expanded in Wudongde Resettlement Substation), opposite spacing equipment, access roads (including roads inside and outside the site), etc. Including but not limited to survey, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, service (including completion, special acceptance work and various coordination work), etc.
It is worth noting that in this project, photovoltaic modules , inverters, box transformers, main transformers, outdoor GIS, prefabricated cabins, high and low voltage switchgear, etc. In the list of successful candidates of frame mining equipment of China Datang Corporation, the EPC general contractor and China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Materials Group Co., Ltd. (China Datang International Trade Co., Ltd.) or its professional companies and regional companies shall determine the supplier, sign the procurement contract through the procurement procedures of Datang Corporation, and implement the payment terms of the procurement contract.
The tender was purchased by Datang Guanyinyan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. and the successful bidder signed a contract with Datang (yuanmou) New Energy Co., Ltd. after the completion of the procurement.
This tender requires bidders to have good financial situation, business reputation and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, the bidder must have the EPC general contracting performance of two or more 50 MW (or MWp) and above (plain desert/mountain/agricultural photovoltaic (including forest photovoltaic) complementary) photovoltaic power stations completed in the past five years.
The project accepts consortium bidding, but the consortium allows up to two units to form a joint venture. The deadline for
bidding is 09:00 on October 14, 2025.
