On September 25, Guoneng Chongqing Hechuan Longxing Linguang Complementary Project EPC Public Bidding Project Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Guoneng (Chongqing) New Energy Development Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that Guoneng Chongqing Hechuan Longxing Linguang Complementary Project is located in Longxing Town, Hechuan District, Chongqing, with a DC capacity of about 401.07225MWp and an AC side capacity of 320MW . The capacity ratio is about 1.25. A total of 96 square arrays, 615 Wp and above N-type double-sided double-glass rectangular photovoltaic modules are planned, and a new 110kV booster station is built.
It is worth noting that the tender is divided into A and B sections. Among them, Section A is the 199.12101MWp and 110kV booster station project in the photovoltaic West District of Longxing Linguang Complementary Project in Hechuan, Chongqing. Bid Section B is the EPC project of Guoneng Chongqing Hechuan Longxing Linguang Complementary Project with a photovoltaic capacity of 201.95124MWp. As an EPC project, all work contents and costs related to the survey and design, equipment procurement, construction and installation, test, inspection and test, grid access and relevant policy treatment, commissioning and trial operation of the project are within the scope of work of the bidder, unless explicitly agreed in the contract. The total construction period of the
project is 12 months from the issuance of the commencement order to the full capacity grid-connected operation of the project; the construction period from the full capacity grid-connected operation of the project to the completion of 360 trial operation and the handover of production is 3 months ; The construction period from the handover of production to the completion acceptance of the project is 9 months . In addition to requiring bidders to have good financial situation, business reputation and corresponding qualifications,
the tender is also required. In terms of performance, the bidder must have at least two contract performances of 100MWp and above photovoltaic (including photovoltaic field) EPC from October 2020 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing). Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project .
