On September 25, Zhejiang Huadian 400MW Household Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (the second batch) EPC and 5-year operation and maintenance general contracting tender announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Huadian (Zhejiang) New Energy Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the tentative total capacity of the project is 480MWp on the DC side , with a capacity ratio of 1.2, and is expected to start on October 21, 2025. The scope of this
tender includes but is not limited to: resource development, survey and design, equipment and material procurement, project construction preparation, construction of various systems, supporting projects, etc., except that the management responsibility of the construction unit and the project supervision are the responsibility of the Employer. Operation, maintenance and management of all PV power station equipment and facilities of the Project. In addition to good financial capacity, business reputation and corresponding qualifications, the bidder is
required to perform from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding (whichever is the date of contract signing). It has the operation performance of distributed photovoltaic EPC project general contracting or PC construction general contracting or main project construction contract with a cumulative total of not less than 20 MWp .
It is worth noting that the bidder shall not provide design or consulting services for the preliminary work of the bidding project, shall not be the supervisor, agent or bidding agency of the bidding project, and shall not be the same legal representative as the aforementioned subject or have a holding/equity participation relationship.
The project allows the consortium to bid, but the consortium shall not have more than two units, one is the EPC general contractor and the other is the operation and maintenance service unit.
