Energy equipment is an important carrier for building a new energy system. 2. Accelerate the transformation and upgrading

of energy exploration and development equipment, focus on the goal of safe, efficient and clean development of coal, and promote the research of coal mining equipment such as deep complex geological conditions and large-scale open-pit continuous mining and stripping. Focusing on the efficient development of 10000 meters deep, 1000 meters deep, unconventional and old oil and gas fields, we will promote the technological progress and industrial upgrading of oil and gas equipment, and improve the capacity of increasing oil and gas reserves and production.

(1) Coal mining equipment. (3) Fossil energy power generation equipment. We will break through the new generation of coal-fired power technology with low cost, high flexibility, high reliability and clean carbon reduction, comprehensively improve the grid-related performance, wide load energy efficiency level and intelligent level of coal-fired power units, and carry out the verification of the whole process, large-scale and low-cost coal-fired power carbon reduction technology. We will intensify efforts to tackle the key problems of independent gas turbines, break through the design and manufacturing technologies of compressors and turbines with high efficiency and wide working conditions, low-carbon fuel blending and pure combustion technologies, and promote the construction of a pedigree gas turbine equipment system covering small and medium-sized to H/J class high-parameter units. We will strengthen technical equipment such as thermal storage oxidation and catalytic oxidation of coal mine gas with a concentration of less than 8%, and develop internal combustion engine power generation equipment suitable for large fluctuations in gas concentration and quantity.

(4) Renewable energy power generation and comprehensive utilization equipment. We will make breakthroughs in key equipment such as high-performance and long-life offshore wind turbine blades, high-power gearboxes, ultra-high hybrid towers, high-reliability and low-cost floating foundations, and tackle key technical and equipment problems of high-performance and wide-area operation of wind turbines in complex and harsh environments, so as to improve the reliability of wind turbines in complex scenarios such as Shagohuang and deep sea. We will break through the technologies of photovoltaic modules such as high-efficiency crystalline silicon-perovskite stack, heterojunction and back contact, and develop key equipment such as high-efficiency photovoltaic system and high-voltage string inverter to meet the needs of safe and efficient power generation of photovoltaic system under the new power system. We will break through the complete set of technology and equipment for 300000 kilowatt photothermal power generation with high efficiency and low cost, and further improve the efficiency and production level of photothermal power generation. We will carry out research on key technologies for improving the flexibility of hydropower units, develop large-capacity impulse units with a head of 1000 meters, and build a wide-load operation system for large hydropower units. We will develop key core devices for megawatt tidal current power generation, wave power generation and comprehensive utilization of high-power temperature difference energy, break through the technology of high-parameter conversion of biomass energy and high-efficiency geothermal power generation at medium and low temperatures, break through the bottleneck of large-scale development, and support the multi-coordinated development of renewable energy.

(5) Nuclear energy equipment. We will accelerate breakthroughs in key equipment for PWR units, improve and enhance test verification and product testing capabilities, and continuously improve equipment reliability and stability. We will carry out R & D and verification of new equipment, new processes and new materials for advanced nuclear power technologies such as small reactors and fourth-generation reactors, improve the long-term service performance of materials in coupling environments such as strong radiation fields, corrosive media and high temperatures, strengthen the capacity building of irradiation testing, carry out research on advanced manufacturing technologies such as automatic welding, additive manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing, and promote the construction of an equipment development system covering multiple reactor types.

4. Promote the large-scale application

of energy storage equipment, focus on building a safe, efficient and multi-energy complementary energy storage technology system, develop large-capacity, high-parameter, long-life and high-security energy storage equipment, and promote integrated and multi-scenario applications.

(6) Energy storage equipment. We will promote the establishment of a battery energy storage equipment system with high safety and reliability, and develop key equipment for lithium , sodium and solid-state batteries with long life, wide temperature range and low attenuation. Construct low-cost and long-term vanadium-based, iron-based, organic and other flow battery equipment systems. It breaks through the safety monitoring, hidden danger early warning and active protection technology of battery management system, and improves the intrinsic safety performance of energy storage battery. 5. Strengthen the technical research

of energy transmission equipment, focus on the fields of electric power, coal, oil and natural gas transmission, break through the new energy network, flexible low-frequency convergence, far-reaching offshore wind power transmission and flexible interconnection technology, develop key equipment for large-capacity long-distance coal, oil and natural gas transmission, and promote the development of large-scale long-distance coal, oil and natural gas transmission. (8) Power transmission and transformation materials and equipment.We will accelerate the development of key equipment such as high-reliability, large-capacity and low-loss DC converter transformers, converter valves based on high-parameter power devices, UHVDC control and protection systems, and AC switches with ultra-large breaking capacity, so as to improve the efficiency and stability of long-distance and high-power power transmission. We will accelerate the development of advanced equipment such as primary and secondary deep integration intelligent switches and solid-state circuit breakers, intelligent integration terminals, high-power intelligent charging, network construction and flexible DC, and promote diversified access and digital upgrading of new distribution systems. Accelerate the substitution and application of environment-friendly green equipment such as natural ester insulating oil transformer, environmental gas high-voltage switch and energy-saving transformer. Develop the automatic control system based on artificial intelligence, develop the intelligent control software of power grid with independent decision-making ability and the new generation of distribution Internet of Things operating system, and promote the upgrading of the intelligent control system of power grid.

(9) Fossil energy transmission equipment. Focus on the long-distance and efficient transmission of fossil energy, break through the key technologies of deep-sea oil and gas transmission steel pipe, flexible pipe and connection, develop key equipment such as natural gas water/hydrocarbon dew point in-situ online analysis, calorific value/sulfide in-situ online analysis, centrifugal natural gas pipeline compression, and continuously improve the operation efficiency and system toughness of China's oil and gas pipeline network. We will break through the solid-liquid two-phase medium transportation technology of coarse particle-medium/high concentration coal slurry pipeline, develop green transportation equipment for ultra-long distance and ultra-large volume pipeline coal transportation, and promote the application of thousands of kilometers and tens of millions of tons of integrated management and control coal transportation pipeline network projects.

6. Promoting the digital and intelligent upgrading

of energy equipment, focusing on breakthroughs in autonomous and controllable industrial control systems, equipment intelligent perception and intelligent operation and maintenance, network facilities, operating robots and other digital and intelligent products, through the construction of a "perception-planning-decision-execution" closed-loop system. Promote the digital and intelligent upgrading of energy equipment covering the whole process of mining, conversion, storage and transportation.

(10) Intelligent regulation of energy equipment. Based on cloud native technology and open source Hongmeng and other underlying core technologies, we will develop products and system solutions such as autonomous controllable embedded operating system, integrated intelligent control and optimization system, digital twin system and special large models in vertical fields, and develop new generation of energy communication bus protocols, communication gateways, switches and other equipment and standards. Enhance the intelligent capabilities of energy cloud data, multi-terminal interconnection and task collaboration, promote the rapid networking of energy multi-parties and the credible exchange of data, and build an efficient and credible intelligent interactive ecosystem of energy equipment.

(11) Intelligent application of terminal energy equipment. Focus on breaking through the fusion technology of intelligent perception and decision-making of energy equipment, integrating non-invasive sensing technologies such as vision, vibration and spectrum, building a panoramic perception network of energy equipment, promoting accurate prediction of equipment operating conditions and health status, and realizing scientific management of equipment life cycle. Develop intelligent terminals with edge computation capabilities, promote the research and development of terminal scene cooperative robots and humanoid robots, and combine with embodied intelligence technology to enhance the autonomous operation capability of equipment in complex environments.

7. Promote the green high-end development

of energy equipment, break through the technology of green recycling materials and repair and life extension, develop multi-energy interconnection, energy-saving, environmental protection and dismantling and recycling equipment, and build a standard system of green design, green manufacturing and recycling. To realize the whole life cycle management system from raw material production to terminal products and then to raw material production.

(12) Green development of energy equipment. We will accelerate the establishment of standards and norms for the recycling of decommissioned photovoltaic and wind power equipment, build a recycling system covering green design, standardized recycling, high-value utilization and harmless disposal, and encourage the development of remanufacturing business. Expand the cascade utilization scenario of new energy equipment, and promote the construction of cascade utilization and diversified utilization system of new energy equipment. Improve the technical level of battery disassembly and recycling, and explore the establishment of energy storage battery recycling system.

8. Optimizing the ecological environment

for industrial innovation (14) Strengthening the dominant position of enterprises. We will support the construction of innovation platforms, test verification and pilot platforms for all kinds of energy equipment at all levels, strengthen the supply of key common technologies in the industry, and accelerate the engineering and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. We will cultivate high-level inspection and testing institutions for the first set, the first batch and the first edition of products, and support the construction of a public service platform for the transfer and transformation of energy equipment achievements. We will accelerate the construction of innovative consortia led by leading enterprises, supported by colleges and universities, and coordinated by various innovators, and share experimental verification and pilot platforms.

(16) Strengthen total quality management. Promote the construction of a strong quality country, take the construction of a quality management system with all staff, all elements, all processes and all data as the main line, support enterprises to develop and apply new quality control tools and advanced testing technologies, carry out quality capability evaluation, and improve product reliability, stability and quality consistency.
