Energy equipment is an important carrier for building a new energy system. Promoting the high-quality development of energy equipment is an inevitable requirement for comprehensively implementing the new energy security strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation" and the innovation-driven development strategy, supporting the realization of the goal of "carbon peak, carbon neutrality" and accelerating the new industrialization. In order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, speed up the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient new energy system, and promote the high-quality development of energy equipment, the following suggestions are put forward.
First,
under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we should thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, fully, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development concept, coordinate development and security, and focus on the two central tasks of energy security and energy transformation. Taking scientific and technological innovation as the fundamental driving force, high-quality development of energy equipment as the main direction of attack, making up for shortcomings, lengthening boards and forging new boards as the basic path, adhering to the principles of innovation-driven, classif ied policy implementation, application-oriented and integrated development, giving full play to the advantages of the new national system and super-large-scale market, and striving to build a new energy industry. We will promote the key core technologies of energy equipment and the development of high-end, intelligent and green industries, accelerate the formation of new productive forces, and provide strong equipment support for the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient new energy system.

2. Accelerate the transformation and upgrading
of energy exploration and development equipment, focus on the goal of safe, efficient and clean development of coal, and promote the research of coal mining equipment such as deep complex geological conditions and large-scale open-pit continuous mining and stripping. Focusing on the efficient development of 10000 meters deep, 1000 meters deep, unconventional and old oil and gas fields, we will promote the technological progress and industrial upgrading of oil and gas equipment, and improve the capacity of increasing oil and gas reserves and production.
(1) Coal mining equipment. Breaking through the key technologies of high hardness and high wear-resistant rock cutting materials, high power density explosion-proof transmission system, adaptive cooperative control of multi-group joint operation equipment, etc., we have developed intelligent construction of mechanical rock breaking in deep shaft, super-large bucket wheel excavation, high-efficiency excavation of hard rock, intelligent mining of thin coal seam, long-distance continuous transportation with large inclination angle, and open-pit mine. (2) Oil and gas exploration and development equipment. It focuses on the large-scale production of deep-water oil and gas, the accelerated production of unconventional oil and gas, and the substantial increase of oil recovery in old oilfields. Research and development of deep-water full-wave seismic exploration, high-precision logging while drilling, full-size casing drilling and 10000-meter deep-water intelligent drilling, 1000-meter deep-water blowout preventer and riser, 10000-horsepower UHV intelligent fracturing, ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure rotary steering and power screw, ultra-high lift and deep-sea steel catenary riser and other key equipment to promote oil and gas exploration and development equipment upgrading.
3. Improve the quality and efficiency
of energy conversion equipment, promote the efficient, flexible and low-carbon upgrading of coal and gas power equipment and the high-end development of nuclear energy equipment, and improve the quality and efficiency of renewable energy equipment such as wind power, solar power and hydropower. Other clean energy power generation and comprehensive utilization equipment, such as biomass energy, geothermal energy and ocean energy, will be developed simultaneously.
(3) Fossil energy power generation equipment. We will break through the new generation of coal-fired power technology with low cost, high flexibility, high reliability and clean carbon reduction, comprehensively improve the grid-related performance, wide load energy efficiency level and intelligent level of coal-fired power units, and carry out the verification of the whole process, large-scale and low-cost coal-fired power carbon reduction technology. We will intensify efforts to tackle the key problems of independent gas turbines, break through the design and manufacturing technologies of compressors and turbines with high efficiency and wide working conditions, low-carbon fuel blending and pure combustion technologies, and promote the construction of a pedigree gas turbine equipment system covering small and medium-sized to H/J class high-parameter units. We will strengthen technical equipment such as thermal storage oxidation and catalytic oxidation of coal mine gas with a concentration of less than 8%, and develop internal combustion engine power generation equipment suitable for large fluctuations in gas concentration and quantity.
(4) Renewable energy power generation and comprehensive utilization equipment. We will make breakthroughs in key equipment such as high-performance and long-life offshore wind turbine blades, high-power gearboxes, ultra-high hybrid towers, high-reliability and low-cost floating foundations, and tackle key technical and equipment problems of high-performance and wide-area operation of wind turbines in complex and harsh environments, so as to improve the reliability of wind turbines in complex scenarios such as Shagohuang and deep sea. We will break through the technologies of photovoltaic modules such as high-efficiency crystalline silicon-perovskite stack, heterojunction and back contact, and develop key equipment such as high-efficiency photovoltaic system and high-voltage string inverter to meet the needs of safe and efficient power generation of photovoltaic system under the new power system. We will break through the complete set of technology and equipment for 300000 kilowatt photothermal power generation with high efficiency and low cost, and further improve the efficiency and production level of photothermal power generation. We will carry out research on key technologies for improving the flexibility of hydropower units, develop large-capacity impulse units with a head of 1000 meters, and build a wide-load operation system for large hydropower units. We will develop key core devices for megawatt tidal current power generation, wave power generation and comprehensive utilization of high-power temperature difference energy, break through the technology of high-parameter conversion of biomass energy and high-efficiency geothermal power generation at medium and low temperatures, break through the bottleneck of large-scale development, and support the multi-coordinated development of renewable energy.
(5) Nuclear energy equipment. We will accelerate breakthroughs in key equipment for PWR units, improve and enhance test verification and product testing capabilities, and continuously improve equipment reliability and stability. We will carry out R & D and verification of new equipment, new processes and new materials for advanced nuclear power technologies such as small reactors and fourth-generation reactors, improve the long-term service performance of materials in coupling environments such as strong radiation fields, corrosive media and high temperatures, strengthen the capacity building of irradiation testing, carry out research on advanced manufacturing technologies such as automatic welding, additive manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing, and promote the construction of an equipment development system covering multiple reactor types.
4. Promote the large-scale application
of energy storage equipment, focus on building a safe, efficient and multi-energy complementary energy storage technology system, develop large-capacity, high-parameter, long-life and high-security energy storage equipment, and promote integrated and multi-scenario applications.
(6) Energy storage equipment. We will promote the establishment of a battery energy storage equipment system with high safety and reliability, and develop key equipment for lithium , sodium and solid-state batteries with long life, wide temperature range and low attenuation. Construct low-cost and long-term vanadium-based, iron-based, organic and other flow battery equipment systems. It breaks through the safety monitoring, hidden danger early warning and active protection technology of battery management system, and improves the intrinsic safety performance of energy storage battery. Make breakthroughs in large-capacity, low-cost physical
